When people seek mediation, they are typically involved in an emotionally difficult situation that is challenging to resolve on their own. Mediation is designed to address and resolve each unique conflict in a manner mutually acceptable to each party.
What is mediation?
Mediation is a collaborative process that provides the opportunity for parties to discuss issues and concerns, increase understanding, improve communication and reach mutually satisfying agreements.
