Since 2005, Judy Cyprian has provided mediation and conflict management services primarily focusing on divorce and separation. Her experience also includes community based and workplace mediation. She is a special education mediator for the Agency of Education.
In addition, Judy has worked extensively providing facilitation for schools, nonprofit organizations, and businesses who are experiencing conflict. She teaches the Coping with Separation and Divorce class for the Family Court and works with Community Justice Centers offering restorative justice processes to address family and community matters.
Judy is a contracted mediator with the Vermont Family Court, and has a certificate of Mediation and Conflict Management from Woodbury College. She is a member of the Vermont Family Mediators Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
Judy believes that although conflict can be overwhelming it is not insurmountable, and at its best, addressing it can lead to greater understanding of self and others resulting in repaired relationships.
